Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on purchases unless the product is damaged upon arrival or found to be defective. Please review the conditions and process for claiming a refund below.

 

Conditions for Refunds

1. Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will require photos of the damaged product along with your order details to process your claim.

2. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt.

Provide a description and images of the defect, along with your order information. We will review your claim and, if valid, offer a replacement or refund.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Please review the conditions and process for requesting an exchange below.

 

Conditions for Exchanges

1. Original Condition

Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange.

Any signs of use, wear, or damage will void the eligibility for exchange.

2. In-Store Exchanges Only

Exchanges are only possible in-store. Customers must bring the product back to our store for an exchange.

Online exchanges are not possible.

 

How to Initiate a Claim or Request an Exchange

To initiate a claim for a damaged or defective product, or to request an exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us

Email our customer service team at tksportgolf@gmail.com within the specified time frame.

Include your order number, photos of the damaged or defective product (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue or reason for exchange.

2. Review Process

Our team will review your claim or request and respond within 5 business days.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective product or processing the exchange.

 

Refund Process

Approved Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacement Products

If a replacement is offered, we will ship the new product to you at no additional cost.

 

Additional Information

All claims for damaged or defective products and exchange requests must be made within the specified time frames.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim or request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
